This privacy policy describes how we manage the privacy of the personal information collected online through our App. Our registered customers have the complete right to know what information we collect and how it is being used.

Collection of Information and Data management 

The several ways we use for the collection and usage of information are: 

Information through Registration 

Information is collected from our users when they register on the Habit Tracker app. We collect general information like your name, email address, and password of your Habit-Tracker account.  

Cookies 

The App sends some cookies to your device to identify your browser. Cookies are small strings of characters that are used for user authentication. Also, they work to improve service quality by tracking users’ choices and storing users’ preferences. 

User Communications 

When you communicate or send emails through Habit Tracker App, some communication may be retained for processing your inquiries. We process the information within Habit-Tracker for multiple purposes to offer satisfactory results to the users. The information is processed for the following: 

  • Aggregation of patterns, trends, and statistics of the users. 
  • Audit, research, and analysis for protection, maintenance, and improvement of services. 
  • Use of data for marketing. However, the data will NOT be shared with any third party without the user’s consent. 
  • Personalization of various offers and products offered by us and our trusted business partners to registered users. 
  • Improving overall services by conducting market research and data analytics to analyze market trends, customer demographics, etc. 

We do not use the customer data for any other purposes 

Customer Information 

We will not share, distribute, review, or refer to personal customer data. The customer data is used or reviewed only if required for any support issue, resolving any problem, or if required by law as mentioned in terms of services.  

>Data Integrity 

The information collected by the App is used only for the purpose mentioned in the Policy. Whatever data we collect and store is used to improve our services. 

Access & Update information>

Every customer of Habit-Tracker may edit or update the registration information or any other information by editing the user record. You must log in to the relevant section of the App to update the information in the user profile. 

>Information Sharing 

We do not share customer details or any other information from the App with other individuals and/or companies. The information collected from our users can only be accessed by the registered admin/ employer/ organization and is not provided to affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or business partners.  

Information relating to your device and the App settings: 

We even receive, store, and process information, including personal data, when you access or use the App, including but not limited to: 

  • Device-specific information relating to your device, for example, your device brand and model, operating system version, device language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA), and mobile network information (such as your mobile carrier)
  • Your Geolocation information, including but not limited to IP addresses used to connect your device to the internet, GPS data, and network services data (Precise location information, i.e., GPS and network-based may be collected to aggregate and plot network performance on a map to convey coverage)
  • Application-specific information relating to the App, for example, the application version number, activity on the App, whether you use the App with a smartwatch, the date you installed the App onto your device, and the date you last used the App. 

Location Information 

If you are using the Habit Tracker Mobile App, your employer may enable location tracking technology which gives your live location to the employer and can be used for timekeeping purposes. The PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) forms the legal basis for processing this information and is your contractual obligation with your employer for performing your services.
