Objectives of the Be-Present release 1.0 

Be-Present V 1.0 release, as a single-step installable product, provides the capability of predefined actionable visualizations and downloadable reports, and basic admin functionalities. 

In the V 1.0 release, Be-Present can ingest user’s attendance tracking and management data. Be-Present processes these datasets to produce predefined attendance & assessment. Along with the visualizations, downloadable reports are available for further analysis and focused action. 

Scope 

Be-Present product release features and issues are described in this version 1.0 of the document.

This document contains information on the following features of the Be-Present product: 

• One step Installation 
• Role-based login for Admin, Report Viewer, and Emission users 
• Change Password 
• Create New User 
• User’s Attendance Report 

Compatibility: 

• Be-Present version 1.0 works for all the services providers
• Be-Present version 1.0 works all the browsers
• Be-Present App support all mobile devices; all functions work on mobile devices except hovering on the dots (district, blocks, and clusters in the reports).
