How To Use

With the Be-Present App, you can keep your attendance data at your fingertips. You can easily access crucial insights into your attendance statistics and generate instant reports whenever possible. 

>The user can download the App and Sign up for the Account

>Enter the First & Last name, Email/Phone No & Password, and you are ready to use the App.

To understand, please read through this carefully once.

The App consists of five tabs:

  1. Home 
  2. Timetable
  3. Subject
  4. Report
  5. Menu

Home

On the home tab, you can see all your data at once. Tracking Attendance manually takes up much time, which is why automated attendance management systems are helpful. With Be-Present, you can access attendance data, insights, and instant reports whenever needed.

Time-table

To keep track of your daily, weekly, or monthly activities, use the “Timetable” tab to organize them by subject. Customize the recurrence pattern of each subject to set the Attendance required for your goals. You can repeat this process for multiple subjects.

Subject

To set attendance limits for each subject, go to the “Subject” tab and specify the custom limits. As a user, you can add or edit the courses/subjects you plan to study/teach for a specific semester. Click on “Subject” and add the necessary information, such as the course/subject name and the total number of classes required. Once you add a course/subject, all the details will be saved in the “Subject” menu. If needed, you can also edit the details of the courses/subjects that you have already added.

Report

Go to the “Report” tab on the Be-Present app to access attendance history. View overall and subject-specific percentages and session details like attendance and conducted sessions. Specify the start and end months for a custom report. 

Reports include attendance rates, total hours, and highlighting attendance trends. 

Tracking reports promote accountability and goal achievement. The Be-Present app makes tracking attendance and improving rates easy with real-time data access

  •  “Export Attendance Sheet.” Stay up-to-date with attendance requirements by accessing past classes and receiving recommendations for upcoming sessions. Keep track of acceptable absences with ease.
  • How to Use- Here, users can get a detailed overview of How to use the app at their fingertips.
  • At the “Menu” tab, users can get the option to Rate & Share the App with their friends and family.

Menu

Under the Menu tab, the user can find different settings options to set up the app, which are below.

  • Account Setting- To activate their account, the user must provide all required information including their name, class, school, and email when creating their account.
  • Notification Setting: Get a “Notification” every day at a specific time, which reminds you to register your attendance record. Users can instantly enable/disable their Goals, Class/Weekly Reminders, Holiday, and New version release updates.
  • Attendance Setting- Users can mark their attendance for the current date/week, not the past date. By default, attendance will be closed every Monday at 12 pm for the last week.
  • Be-Present comes with two attractive UI design options:   >The Default Mode, with a beautiful, bright, and colorful design.                                      >The Dark Mode, with elegant color combinations of deep blacks and dark colors to match.
  • Calendar- Visit date-wise to view which sessions you attended or missed on a specific day on the “Calendar view.” It provides the option to view Present, Absent & Canceled classes.
  • Export Attendance Sheet- Export your overall or subject-wise attendance sheet by clicking 

Terms & Conditions

  • Terms & Conditions- Reading and understanding the Terms & Conditions is essential before using the app. These explain the app’s purpose, user responsibilities, and any liability disclaimers, payment terms, or laws and regulations that apply. Knowing this information helps users make informed decisions about using the app.
  • Privacy Policy- When using the Be-present mobile attendance tracking app, read the Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, processed, stored, and shared. Look for info on data security measures and legal requirements.
  • About This Version-The Be-Present app has a section that gives info on the app’s version, release date and features like attendance tracking and reporting options. It also includes instructions for contacting support and accessing user guides. It helps users understand the app and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Help & Support- Users can share thier queries with our Support Team in this section, such as contact information for our support team, email addresses & phone numbers. These resources assist users in troubleshooting issues and making the most of the app’s features.
  • Logout- The app’s Logout section offers a safe method for users to sign out of their accounts and safeguard their private data.
